With a dissertation deadline in, oh, just over a week I'm always on the hunt for a little distraction to lighten my mood and give me a chance to procrastinate in a way that doesn't include hard liquor or the urge to start shredding text books. In this regard MAISON MARTIN MARGIELA has become my guilty pleasure and my fashion porn.
And so it is that I have decided to operate a little reward system for all my hard work and academic penance paid in the form of this so-hot-it-BURNS-MY-EYES book from the label. Pages of prettiness and trademark white communicate the Margiela aesthetic and I want, nay need it. 
I figure with hand-in next week and pay day (hurray) at the end of the month I deserve a little treat. Of course I still have several thousand words to go but it always helps when there's a great white light at the end of the tunnel.
